The orders are sent via DHL or PostNL and are provided with a track & trace code. We use the shipping an handling costs as calculated by them.

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. Its easy to create a account just go to https://seracollections.com/account/register or click the 'create account' box at checkout. 

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at sera.collections@hotmail.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via sera.collections@hotmail.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it. Read more about returns 

Can I alter my order?

Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

What countries do you ship to?

We only ship within the EU at the moment. We really want to ship worlwide in the feature! 

Can I track my order?

Yes. All orders are send via PostNL or DHL and all include a track and trace code. You will receive this T&T link  in the mail after the order has been processed and brought to the post office. 

Returns and refunds

What is the return period?

You can return the items in 30 days from de date of purchase, if it meets the return conditions. If it falls outside this period we can unfortunally not accept your return. 

What are the return conditions?

  • The item can not be worn.
  • The item must be returned in it's original packaging.
  • Cards and/or labels must still be attached in their original place.

Are there any return costs?

The return costs are for your own account. As calculated by the postal services. Send your return with a track & trace code so that your package can always be followed properly. Do not forget to keep your return receipt. There are a few exceptions. Depending on the reason of return we will refund you the return costs or not. 

My order has arrived but it’s damaged / not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via sera.collections@hotmail.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48h. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached.

How do I return an item?

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. 

How long do I have to wait for my refund ?

We aim to process refunds within tree to seven days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or creditcard. 

Quality and material

What materials do you use ?

All of our  jewelry is made off 316L Stainless steel or titanium steel with a 18k gold PVD coating. Learn more here

Does my skin turn green ?

The answer is NO! Our jewelry does not make the skin green. Our base metal is 316L stainless steel wich is know for it's high corrosion resistance. And is hypo allergenic. On top of that is a thick layer of 18 carat gold PVD coating. Learn more about our materials here.

Will SC jewelry discolour?

All our jewelry does not discolour and/or change colour! Learn more about our materials here.

 

 

What does water/sweat resistant mean ?

All our pieces are water/sweat resistant. This means the pieces CAN get wet. You can wear them 24/7 and your skin or the jewelry will not turn green or discolour.
